Fully Automatic Precision CNC Turning Production Line
The monolithic high‑strength cast‑iron bed is produced by a specialized foundry using resin‑bonded sand casting, offering ample rigidity, excellent vibration damping, and superior thermal stability. Equipped with 45° roller guideways and a 30° inclined bed design, the machine tool delivers high load capacity, rapid dynamic response, eliminates low‑speed creep, and ensures outstanding long‑term accuracy retention.
The spindle is designed as an extended, high-precision unit, featuring a combination of front and rear double-row cylindrical roller bearings from Japan’s NSK and high-speed thrust angular-contact bearings. It offers excellent rigidity and precision, employs grease lubrication, is assembled in a constant‑temperature, cleanroom environment, and undergoes rigorous static balancing tests followed by online dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth operation, superior stiffness, and high torque at low speeds.
