The integral high-strength cast iron bed is cast by a professional foundry using resin sand casting, featuring sufficient rigidity, good vibration damping, and thermal stability. It uses 45mm roller guides and a 30-degree slant bed design. The machine tool can bear heavy loads, has good dynamic response, eliminates low-speed crawling, and maintains good accuracy.

The spindle is an extended high-precision unit type, arranged with Japan NSK front and rear double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed thrust angular contact bearings. It has good rigidity and high precision, uses grease lubrication, is assembled in a constant temperature and purified environment, undergoes precise static balancing tests and online dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth spindle operation with good stiffness and high torque at low speeds.
