Features of Fully Automatic Precision CNC Lathe Production Line
The machine tool adopts a machine, electricity, and gas integrated design, designed according to the human-machine interface, with a compact structure, saving area, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
Two CNC machine tools are connected to complete the bushing ring's: boring, outer corner turning, dustproof groove turning, and channel turning.
The hydraulic machine tool requires four machines to complete bearing turning: while the CNC connection line can be completed with two machines.
Hydraulic machine tools require strong operating skills and experience: while CNC is controlled by digital adjustment.
The machine tool adopts a high-performance automatic intermittent lubrication system, which can timely and centrally lubricate the bed guide rail and X/Z axis screws, ensuring that the guide rail surface of the machine tool and the longitudinal and transverse screws are always in good lubrication condition.
The special turning production line for large bearings is engineered for high-precision machining of large bearing rings used in wind power, heavy machinery, and industrial equipment. With integrated CNC control, automated lubrication, and stable turning performance, it improves production efficiency, dimensional consistency, and long-term reliability while reducing labor intensity and manufacturing costs.
