Fully automatic precision CNC turning production line
The machine tool adopts a machine, electricity, and gas integrated design based on a human-machine interface, featuring a compact structure, space-saving design, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
Two CNC machine tools connected in a line complete the axle sleeve ring's: hole turning, outer angle turning, anti-raw groove turning, and channel turning.
A hydraulic machine tool requires four units to complete bearing turning: while a CNC line only needs two units to complete.
Hydraulic machine tools require strong operational skills and experience; while CNC is controlled only by digital adjustments.
The machine tool adopts a high-performance automatic intermittent lubrication system, which can timely and centrally lubricate the bed guide rail and X/Z-axis lead screws, ensuring that the guide rail surfaces and longitudinal and transverse lead screws of the machine tool are always in good lubrication condition.
