Fully automatic CNC single-spindle machine production line series CKD series
The integral high-strength cast iron bed is cast by a professional foundry using resin sand casting, which has sufficient rigidity, good vibration absorption and thermal stability. The 35-roller guide rail is used, the machine tool has a large load bearing, good dynamic response, eliminates low-speed crawling, and has good precision retention.
The spindle is an elongated high-precision unit, a combination of JapanNSK front and rear double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed thrust angular contact bearings, with good rigidity and high precision. It is lubricated with grease, assembled in a constant temperature and purified environment, and undergoes precision static balance testing and online dynamic balance to ensure stable spindle operation and good rigidity and large torque at low speeds.

Automatic turning production line for products with an outer diameter of 80-110mm, with strong rigidity and stable performance. Optional 100 double-row spindle or 100 oil-immersed spindle configuration.
