1. The LANCEN series uses FEM to analyze the stress on the bed structure, widens the key structure of the bed, and increases the rigidity and stability of the bed. Equipped with a high-performance spindle, the spindle bearing is P4 grade precision and lubricated with permanent grease.
2. The spindle motor power and spindle torque of the LANCEN series have been greatly improved, which effectively improves machining accuracy and efficiency and meets the diverse machining needs of customers.
3. The 12-station heavy-duty turret is equipped with a highly efficient servo motor drive. The newly designed servo turret drive system and structure have been optimized and improved, and equipped with a 180mm diameter high-precision Curvic coupling to ensure high rigidity, powerful cutting force, fine surface finish and longer tool life.
