Main features of XUH-CK100L:
1. The integral high-strength cast iron bed is cast by a professional foundry using resin sand casting, which has sufficient rigidity, good vibration absorption and thermal stability. It adopts 35 roller guide rails, the machine tool bears a large load, has good dynamic response, eliminates low-speed crawling, and has good precision retention.
2. The spindle is an elongated high-precision unit. The combination of Japan NSK front and rear double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed thrust angular contact bearings has good rigidity and high precision. It is lubricated with grease, assembled in a constant temperature and purified environment, and undergoes precision static balance testing. Online dynamic balance can ensure stable spindle operation and has good rigidity and large torque at low speeds.
