CNC Debugger

Job Responsibilities
1. CNC system processing program programming, servo drive debugging, optimization and CNC function debugging, customer training.
2. According to product drawings/technical agreement requirements, optimize the CNC system processing technology and realize customer CNC processing function requirements.
3. Go to the customer site to complete equipment maintenance and customer technical support.
4. Follow the work arrangements of the superior leaders.
5. Analyze and solve CNC system problems of all models
6. Debug the automation of the entire production line to achieve beat and process optimization
1. CNC related major, college degree or above.
2. More than three years of CNC system debugging experience, familiar with Siemens, Guangshu, New Generation, KND, etc.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of measuring tools and instruments to ensure they are in good condition.
5. Responsible for the sorting and archiving of inspection records for future reference.
6. Participate in quality improvement activities, assist relevant departments in finding quality problems in production processes, and propose corrective and preventive measures.
