Compared with the original production line, the processing efficiency has increased by about 20%, the product qualification rate has jumped from 99.5% to 99.85%, and the labor cost has been greatly reduced." "The processing procedure of this product has been optimized from the original operation requiring 4 people to only 1 person, and the efficiency has been significantly improved. In the future, we also plan to cooperate with Xuhui Precision to upgrade the existing hydraulic production line to a hydraulic CNC line, further reducing the difficulty of employee operation and learning costs, and improving overall production efficiency."
